This expansion follows IndiGo’s launch of flights between Delhi and Dharamshala last year. “The new route will significantly reduce travel time and provide Dharamshala passengers with easier connections to key national and international destinations via Chandigarh,” said Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales at IndiGo.
IndiGo becomes the third carrier serving the Dharamshala region, joining SpiceJet and Air India, which already operate two daily flights each on the Delhi-Dharamshala route. Air India also offers a daily connection to Dharamshala via Chandigarh.
