ITC Hotels has widened its footprint in Himachal Pradesh with the opening of Storii Narindera Orchards in Kufri, the latest addition to its premium Storii portfolio. The property features 45 rooms and suites, catering to travellers seeking a tranquil hill-station experience.
Located amid apple orchards and facing the Dhauladhar range, Storii Narindera Orchards combines a hill-town setting with contemporary hospitality. The retreat includes valley-view rooms, a wellness spa, and multiple dining venues, including Daran Valley Café and Raspippin Bar, integrating local culture with modern service standards.
Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited, Anil Chadha, said the addition of Storii Narindera Orchards in Kufri strengthens the company’s presence in Himachal Pradesh. He added that the property draws on local heritage and cultural traditions, combining regional artistry with modern hospitality elements to create an experience that feels both timeless and contemporary.
Property owner Udayvir Singh Punta said the project is the result of years of effort and follows a vision for a destination that captures the essence of Shimla Hills. “We wanted travellers to experience authenticity while giving local residents a sense of pride. Guests can now connect with a story that honors Shimla Hills and the spirit of true hospitality,” he said.
Tourism analysts view the development as a sign that major hotel chains are shifting from large resort formats toward intimate, locally grounded hospitality models.
